Hillcrest has a lot of the tools to be very good, and so does Byrnes. I am excited to see who in the lower state rises to the top though. No surprise, but I am going to keep my eye on Sumter, Summerville, and Lexington. Yes, I know Lexington can go to upper or lower state when the playoffs come around though.

Greenville is arguably the best team in 4A ON PAPER, but they have to put it all together on the field. I also am excited to see West Florence surprise some folks this year.

Based off the pre-season poll, I think Powdersville is a team to watch this year. They did lose Thomas Williams to Virginia Tech, but this team still has a lot of talent including at the most important position on the field . . . QB. Don't sleep on the Patriots this year.

I mean, it's gotta be Abbeville still. Big A should be BIG this year too.

I don't think Southside is getting the respect they deserve. Christ Church has a chance Friday to prove how for real they are though.

You would have to think Coach Lancaster is very possible option, being just a year removed from his long tenure as an assistant at Dorman. Coach Curtis has ties to the midlands, maybe Dorman makes their decision on a guy that won't leave for that reason.

They mostly certainly are, I'm going to need a very good explanation from Bamberg though.

Tyler "T4" Smith out of Barnwell certainly deserves an invite at this point in the season. I think the award is Sellers' right now though.
